This notice explains the consultation-request form on this standalone Elite Fitness landing page at apply.elitefitness.ae, including its optional advertising measurement controls.
What you provide
The form asks for your name and phone number, with optional email, membership interest and contact preference. It records your request identifier, submission time and contact/privacy acknowledgement. Please do not send medical history or other sensitive information through this form.
Why we use it
Elite Fitness LLC uses the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, explain the service and arrange a consultation if appropriate. Sending the form is not a purchase or a confirmed appointment. The acknowledgement is permission to respond to this enquiry—not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and notifications
The request is stored in this project’s managed database. The form sends submitted enquiry details through Manus project-owner notifications for James to follow up. These notifications currently reach James by email at james@elitefitness.ae. We record whether the notification service accepted or rejected an alert; acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery. A saved request is retained even if an alert fails. Manus provides the page infrastructure, database and owner-notification service. This form does not send an automatic confirmation email to the enquirer and is not connected to an external CRM.
Privacy choices and retention
Contact james@elitefitness.ae to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, or to withdraw contact permission. Elite must confirm its operational retention schedule, authorised staff access and relevant processor/cross-border arrangements before releasing this page as the live campaign destination. This review build does not claim a final legal-compliance approval.
Cookies and advertising
Optional Google Ads measurement helps us understand which ads lead to enquiries. The Google tag loads only after you allow measurement. You may reject it and still use the enquiry form. If allowed, Google may process advertising click/cookie identifiers, page URL, IP address and device/browser information. We do not pass names, phone numbers, email addresses, health details or form contents to Google measurement. For a saved enquiry with measurement allowed, we send an opaque random request reference to help prevent duplicate conversion counts. It contains no contact details. A local session marker helps avoid sending it again. Personalised advertising and automatic enhanced conversions are disabled in this website implementation.
Your measurement choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use “Measurement preferences” to change it; withdrawal reloads the page to stop loading the tag, so finish any enquiry first. Blocking cookies or scripts may limit measurement. No Analytics import or automatic prospect confirmation email is added by this setup. Necessary platform infrastructure may provide its own functionality. Google's processing is explained in its privacy policy.
